This two class event is for those seeking movement and deepening their wellness practices. Lady Prime Divine is leading clothing optional yoga with her Follow Your Heart Flow suitable for all experience levels and body types.
After stretching our bodies and preparing for rope we will be led by Divine Rae in Self Tie & Guided meditation. This class is suitable for all experience levels and body types. This event is discounted for paid plan Dark Haven Studio members. We hope to see you there!
Divine Rae (They/He) is a certified meditation instructor and practitioner. They use the combination of reiki infused rope and hands on techniques to activate and channel the journeyers own ability to heal themselves.
