11/9 Divine Rae Presents Freestyle Shibari

Freestyle shibari is the casual rope style in development by Divine Rae. The style aims to create less anxiety regarding rope, in order to learn the essentials of rope safety, behavior, and funtion at a pace that suits a range of learning styles and abilities. This 90 minute presentation will demonstrate both guided solo, and partnered rope instruction meant to encourage connection above technical precision.

What to bring: Rope and yoga mats are available on site for use, or you may bring your own. (If attending virtually, you will need to provide your own.)
