By attending the Midsummer Nights Kink Festival (the "Event") at The Glen, Cleveland, GA, from June 21st to June 23rd, 2024, you (the "Attendee") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk:
   - The Attendee acknowledges that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, and property damage. The Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the Event.
2. Release of Liability:
   - The Attendee hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Event organizers, The Glen, and all associated staff, volunteers, performers, presenters, and vendors (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Attendee or to any property belonging to the Attendee while participating in the Event.
3. Indemnification:
   - The Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that may incur due to the Attendee's participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.
4. Medical Treatment:
   - The Attendee consents to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if the Attendee is injured or requires medical attention during the Event. The Attendee understands that they are responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment.
5. Compliance with Event Policies:
   - The Attendee agrees to comply with all Event policies, including the COVID-19 policy, consent policy, photography policy, and any other rules or instructions provided by the Event organizers. Failure to comply with these policies may result in removal from the Event without a refund.
6. Media Release:
   - The Attendee grants permission to the Event organizers to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken of the Attendee during the Event for promotional purposes. The Attendee may opt-out of being photographed by wearing a designated wristband provided at registration.
7. Governing Law:
   - This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By signing below, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read and understood this Liability Waiver, and agree to its terms voluntarily.
